Maverick  Film Company is the Film and Television division of Mesa Media. The Maverick Films idea was borne on the set of the long running television series Walker Texas Ranger when the company's Founder Jerry Roy decided that film production was in his future. Mr. Roy is a proud Member of the Screen Writers Guild and Writer's Guild of America; Mr. Roy has written Nine of the Television Series and Feature Films due to be produced by Maverick. And Lonestar Studios.

 

Mesa Media has the Team in place to develop and produce a slate of quality, multi-genre films and Television Series of exceptionally high production Family values that provides a strong audience and commercial viability using our world class Infrastructure, Crew, and Distribution Network. This approach will increase the return to Investors and create wealth as we ultimately generate a Film that will sell for a massive profit to both Mesa Films International and our Equity Investors

 

 Mesa Media has plans to partner with MGM Pictures and Lionsgate Entertainment for its feature film and Television distribution. Lonestar Films will start Pre-Production sometime in October 2022 for the feature film The Legend of Haden Call to be shot at Bonanza Movie Ranch in New Mexico. Victor Quintero has been selected to act as the Director of Operations for the company. Mr. Roy and Mr. Quintero grew up together so the decision to make Mr. Quintero the first choice to head up the Film and television division was a no brainer. 

 

Mr. Quintero has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild for nearly 40 years, and a member of the Directors Guild of America for over a decade.
